I am a User Experience Designer with an academic background in primary research methods and Information Architecture. I have seven years of experience working in digital on creative teams at agencies big and small in the Toronto area. I recently relocated to Seattle where I am working as a User Experience Designer at Microsoft.
I love conceptualizing and executing great customer experiences from initial insights about user needs and business space down to microinteractions in the user interface.
